Tour  Description

The Kibo Route, also known as the Marangu Route, is the oldest and most traditional way to climb Mount Kilimanjaro, famously nicknamed the "Coca-Cola" route due to its popularity and well-established path.It is the only route that provides accommodation in simple, dormitory-style sleeping huts rather than tents, offering a measure of comfort and protection from the elements.

Detailed Itinerary

Your journey begins at Marangu Gate (1,860m) with registration and briefing. Trek through lush rainforest alive with colobus monkeys and tropical birds. By late afternoon, you reach Mandara Hut (2,700m), a cozy mountain hut where you’ll spend the night.
